Quattro Stagioni Pizza

Ingredients

1 dough
4 spoonfuls of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 70 grams"

1 spoonful of oregano,
6 spoonfuls of grated cheese (parmesan)
8 steamed tomatoes
100g of shrimp
100g of chicken meat or oyster
100g of boiled ham cut into slices
100g of salami
1small tin of mushrooms (Champignons)
one half of red pepper and one half of green pepper , cut in slices, salt, freshly grinded pepper
200g of mozzarella

Prepare

Prepare the dough and lay it according to the recipe and  coat evenly with tomato paste, then sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

Heat the oven to 220 ° C, steam the tomatoes, peel them off and place them on the sliced dough. The shrimp, the oysters and the poultry meat (cut into strips), ham, salami, mushrooms and the peppers are spread over the tomatoes, then they are seasoned with salt and pepper. Cover with mozzarella and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Brush the surface of the dough with oil (2 tablespoons) and place the tomato pieces evenly, the ham ,the sardines and the olives. Add salt and pepper, then sprinkle with oil. Put it in the oven, leave it there for 25 minutes, meanwhile it becomes crispy.
