For the dough: approximately 1 kilo of flour
1 tablespoon of vinegar
4-5 tablespoons of oil
warm water
1 packet of yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Composition: tomato sauce (3 tablespoons of oil "Tomato Paste Sultan, 720 grams", savory, oregano), cheese, mozzarela (orcaș feta cheese) boiled ham, smoked chicken, spicy salami, fish (optional), mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, olives.
Dough: 1/2 of the flour is mixed with water, yeast, salt, sugar and vinegar. Let it grow for 30 minutes, then knead with flour (adding gradually), the dough should be slightly soft, like the one of the bread, and at the end it is kneaded with oil. Place it in the refrigerator covered with a bag. After 60 minutes, take it out from the fridge and divide it into 3 equal parts, each piece is blended with flour and it is laid in the tray (round) greased with oil. Add the sauce over the dough, the cheese, the mushrooms, salami and olives (you could also break an egg on top). It is baked at high heat for approximately 30-40 min. It is served sliced with topping of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 720 grams" depending on the taste.
