Yellow beans food

Ingredients

500 g "Yellow beans Sultan, 720 grams",

1-2 green onions without leaves
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 a cup of milk
200 g of sour cream
A bundle of dill
Meat veal sliced for boiling
two cloves of garlic, salt

Prepare

Place the meat slices to boil in hot water. Add the finely chopped onion, the crushed garlic cloves and let them boil until the meat becomes soft. Take the meat slices out, cut them into pieces, remove the bone from the middle of the slices. Put the meat in a saucepan. Add the bean pods, they are covered with the soup in which the meat was boiled. Leave it to boil until the bean pods are well cooked. The sauce is prepared. In a small saucepan put some oil to heat. Put the flour in a bowl together with the soup. Blend it well with a fork or whisk, then add the milk and the cream, until the sauce is watery. Chop the washed dill. Pour the sauce over the beans in the saucepan, stir constantly, in order not to burn it. Give it time to boil. Add the dill, stir and put the lid. It is served with bread or polenta.
