vegetables: carrot, onion, spine celery leaf (it is compulsory), peas, green pepper, mushrooms, corn grains or any other vegetables which are at hand

parmesan cheese (1 packet of 40-50 grams. If you have more, you can use more)

oil - 50 ml
spicy paprika according to the taste
oregano - 1/2 of spoonful
celery leaves - 1/2 of stalk
vegetables- depending on the possibilities - 2 carrots, 2 chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of peas
Boil the pasta in salted water, then drain them. The boiling time is the one written on the packet. The vegetables (except for the tomatoes) are fried in oil, then water is added and it is allowed to steam. Adjust with salt, spicy paprika, oregano. Add the tomatoes (in this case add 1 teaspoon of sugar, it is not the case for tomato juice and tomato sauce). Wait until it decreases and when the sauce gains the wanted consistency, add the pasta and stir gently at low heat. During this, add 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese 50 g packet. After the homogenization, remove it from the fire. The remaining parmesan cheese is put on top on the plate.
