Cut the chicken breast into pieces and steam them with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of butter and the chopped onion until the meat is fried. The eggplants are cleaned in four slices, they are cut into quarters, then they are kept a few minutes with salt, the juice is squeezed and they are well steamed. They are put in the food and when they are boiled, add "Tomato Paste Sultan, 800 grams", diluted in a little water, the finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley and celery leaves. Balance the salt taste and put in the oven to decrease. It is served with sour cream.
