500g of chopped beef
1 medium-size onion
1 small potato or a slice of bread
1/2 handful of parsley
1/2 handful of dill
2 cloves of garlic
1 full tablespoon of oil used for frying
For the sauce: 5 tablespoons of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 3300 grams", 2 glasses of water, grains of pepper, one spoonful of flour, 2-3 spoonfuls of oil, 2 bay leaves.
1. All the ingredients can be passed through the mincer (except for flour), or the parsley, dill, the onion are finely cut, dill, onion and the garlic is smashed. The potato is passed through the small grater. If you put bread - a slice of 2cm - it is soaked in water, squeezed well and chopped finely. The egg is mixed well. Mix all ingredients well, including the salt and the pepper.
2. Little balls are made, having a diameter of about 3-4 cm. They are passed through the flour, then fried in oil at medium heat. The oil should cover them or at least be halfway that they could be fried on both sides, at a time. They are ready when they are well browned.
