Tuna with Penne

Ingredients

penne pasta
2 canned tuna in oil
1 spicy pepper
3-4 tomatoes
2 onions
1 spoonful of "Tomato Paste Meteor, 400 grams"

salt
vinegar
sugar
100 g of olives

Prepare

Put the Penne pasta to boil in salted water and drain the canned tuna with the help of a sieve. In a saucepan fry the onions cut in the Julien way, add the tuna, the sliced peppers, add water enough to cover them and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add the peeled and sliced tomatoes, the tomato sauce, a tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of sugar, the spices and let it boil for 5 minutes. The Penne pasta are drained, rinsed with cold water and mixed with the tuna sauce.
