3 spoonfuls of "Tomato Sauce Sultan, 310 grams"
1 spoonful of black pepper
2 smashed cloves of garlic
½ spoonful of dry oregano
50 ml of red wine
100 ml of olive oil
Put the "Tomato Sauce Sultan, 310 grams", the pepper, the garlic, the oregano, the red wine and the olive oil in a bowl and mix them well.
Put the meat pieces in a bowl which is not very deep, the marinade is poured over the meat to cover it evenly.
Cover and keep at least one hour in a refrigerator. The meat pieces are put on the grill and they are fried for 3-5 minutes on each side.
