Onion soup

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of butter,

1 tablespoon of flour,
2 onions,
1 tablespoon of sugar,
1 tablespoon of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 580 grams",
500 ml of chicken or beef soup

Prepare

Fry the onion cut in the julienne way in butter until it becomes yellow, add the flour, fry it for a little longer and it is finished with the juice from the meat, stir it so that balls should not appear. Add the salt, the sugar and "Tomato Paste Sultan, 580 grams" and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add the vinegar or the lemon juice and leave it to decrease so that it is neither too thick nor too thin.
