The grated onion is fried in butter, then add the blanched, drained and sliced mushrooms. When the mushrooms have become soft, they are completed with the bones soup and a spoonful of "Tomato Sauce Sultan, 310 grams" , it is left to boil for another 20 minutes. Separately, make a white sauce from the remaining butter, flour and the bones soup, which is then let to boil for 20 minutes. Blend it with the mushrooms and boil. Balance with salt and pepper.
