1,5 kilo of minced chicken breast
3 medium-size onions
a little cup of rice
a little cup of "Tomato Sauce Sultan, 720 grams"
a tablespoon of sweet paprika
one handful of dill
one handful of parsley
The onions are cleaned, washed, chopped finely and they are fried in a little oil, then the rice is added after it has been washed in warm water. Once they are hardened, they are put in a cold place.
In a bowl you put the chopped chicken breast, add the fried onion (because the chicken breast is too sodden) together with the rice, pepper, the sweet paprika,the salt, chopped greenstuff, half of cup of "Tomato Sauce Sultan, 720 grams" and mix them well, then the cabbage rolls are made.
On the bottom of a pot, put the chopped cabbage, then the cabbage rolls in layers, making sure the last layer is of chopped cabbage.
Put warm water, enough to cover the cabbage rolls and boil them for about 1.5 - 2 hours at low heat. From time to time, if necessary, add a little hot water.
Then put them into the oven until they are well cooked ( for about an hour).
Before putting them in the oven, add the rest of the tomato sauce diluted with a little water.
To check if they are cooked, take one out from the pot and try on a plate with a fork (if it is cut easily).
