Penne with garlic and tomato sauce

Ingredients

400 grams of Penne Pasta

500 g "Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams"

100 grams of onion chopped in small pieces
Two cloves of garlic
4 spoonfuls of olive oil
2 red peppers

Prepare

Step 1: Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and pepper, 1 minute, then add the onion and fry about 4 minutes, stir, add "Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams", the peppers, salt, stir and let them under a low fire for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: In a large pot boil the pasta in salted water according to the time written on the package. Drain and add it over the sauce in the pan, stir gently, leave for about two minutes, season with pepper and serve immediately.
