Pizza With Vegetables

Ingredients

1 dough
1 tablespoon of oil
a green pepper, a red one and a yellow one
100 g of leek
4 spicy pickled peppers
300 g of broccoli (or cauliflower)
1 clove of garlic
100 g "Tomato Paste Sultan, 155 grams"

200 g of tomatoes in sauce (tin)
freshly grinded pepper
Sweet paprika
smahed oregano
200 g of cheese

Prepare

Prepare the dough. Grease a pizza form. Cut the peppers in half, peel them and then cut in cubes. The leek is cut into rings. The pickled peppers are cut into small pieces. The broccoli or the cauliflower are undone into pieces and the stem is sliced. The garlic is smashed and mixed with "Tomato Paste Sultan, 155 grams" and with the tomatoes. The oven is heated at 220 °C. Lay a piece as big as the pizza form from the dough, it is placed in the form and oiled with tomato paste. Place the vegetables evenly over the tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
