1,5 kilo of fresh cabbage

a small dry onion and a handful of green, fresh onion
1-2 pieces of green pepper or or fresh or frozen red pepper
a small carrot
1-2 tablespoons of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 190 grams"
100-150 ml of white wine
salt, grains of pepper, coriander grains, ground pepper, savory, depending on the taste
2 bay leaves
1 handful of dill
The cabbage or the cabbages are cleaned of the ugly leaves, they are washed and chopped very finely, just like the noodles. If you do not have a restriction on the salt, sprinkle salt over the cabbage and leave for about half an hour to remove the bitterness (the toxins), then gently squeeze the cabbage between your hands in order to remove the extra water. In a saucepan put the chopped and squeezed cabbage, the finely chopped onion, the carrot which was cut into cubes, the sliced or diced peppers, 2 bay leaves, pepper grains, savory, coriander, ground pepper, pour a little hot water and leave it to boil in a muffled way. When they are cooked, add the white wine, the sliced tomatoes, "Tomato Paste Sultan, 190 grams" (I like it to get out more colorful, redder), finely chopped dill and let it boil until the tomatoes become soft and it is finished with salt and spices. On the top you can put tomato slices, and if needed you can add a little boiling water or tomato juice.
