Beans Soup

Ingredients

500 g of dried beans,
2 pieces of onion,
1 carrot,
2 peppers,
6 small tomatoes ( cherry tomatoes),
1 tablespoon of  "Tomato Paste Sultan, 70 grams" ,

1/2 of small celery,
50 ml of oil,
fresh parsley ,
salt and pepper, depending on the taste

Prepare

The beans (it was selected) is put to soak in water the night before. It is boiled with cold water (3 l), after 10 minutes of boiling, the water is replaced with another one. This procedure is repeated 2 times. Wash and clean the vegetables, then cut them into cubes without the tomatoes. Separately in a pot, add the oil to heat, add the vegetables and leave them for a few minutes to fry. Add "Tomato Paste Sultan, 70 grams", the peeled tomatoes and the beans soup, then let them boil at low heat for about 12 minutes. After this time the boiled beans is added over the vegetables. Let it boil for a while, add salt and pepper, according to the taste. Remove it from heat and add the chopped parsley.
