300-400 grams of beef steak
300 grams of spaghetti
two spoonfuls of oil
100 grams of mushrooms
one small onion
3-4 garlic cloves
tomatoes, oregano
200 grams"Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams"
50 ml of white wine
50 grams of olives chopped in round pieces
salt, pepper, green parsley
Step 1: Cut the meat into cubes, slice the mushrooms and chop the onion and the garlic in small pieces.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped vegetables and give them time to fry softly. Season, quench with white wine half-blended with water and boil until the meat softens for 40-50 minutes.
Step 3: In a large pot boil the spaghetti in water with a little salt, as it is indicated on the package. Then they are passed through a stream of cold water and they are left to drain. "Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams" and the peeled tomatoes, cut into cubes, are added to the meat stew, then continue to boil them on a low fire until the sauce thickens and diminishes. Add salt and pepper according to the taste, then add the boiled spaghetti and olives. Stir gently and flavour with oregano and parsley.
